Why does this look familiar?

Gee, it looks amazingly close to something some guy in Texas did, around 18 years ago. Except he didn't stick on op-amp on the end of it. (Why would you?)

Except, despite looking really close, they left off one key part. No, not saying what it is.

Without that opamp, how would you *ever* build in low pass filtering??
No double blind testing was used in the making of this post.

I dunno..............that is a hard one.

Do any of these hobbyists ever have an original thought? And they wonder why we complain when we see our ideas copied. (Never mind they have jobs, and are not unemployed and unemployable. So much for getting old.)
